1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the BRC STAR application at app.brcstar.in (the "Platform"), operated by BRC STAR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U34100RJ2019OPC066948), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides information about BRC STAR, the Self Volt™ programme, and a secure portal for submitting applications and enquiries. You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to:

• submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
• scrape, harvest or misuse Platform content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Applications and enquiries

Submitting an application or enquiry does not create any contractual relationship, investment commitment or partnership obligation. BRC STAR evaluates applications at its sole discretion and may decline any application without providing reasons.

5. Intellectual property

The Self Volt™ name, the BRC STAR brand, and the content on this Platform are the intellectual property of BRC STAR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, except where third-party rights apply. Indian Patent Application No. 202511050655 is a pending application; nothing on this Platform grants you any licence or right in BRC STAR's IP.

6. No warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Information on the Platform is provided in good faith but technical claims are labelled as Concept / Under Development / Subject to Validation and should not be relied upon for any investment or purchase decision. 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRC STAR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Contact us at contact@brcstar.in with any questions.
