1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to BRC STAR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED for services offered through this Platform.

2. Current status

At present the Platform does not sell products or paid services. Creating an account, submitting an application and contacting BRC STAR are free of charge. No refund obligations therefore arise from use of this Platform today.

3. Future paid services

If BRC STAR introduces paid products or services in the future, the specific refund terms applicable to those services will be published before any charge is made, and will govern in place of this general policy.

4. Erroneous charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at contact@brcstar.in with supporting details, and we will investigate.
